A new OnePlus smartphone is coming soon, which will be equipped with a fast charging capacity of 160 watts, allowing to restore the battery charge in just a few minutes.
The main leader in fast charging is Chinese giant BBK Electronics, the group that operates the Realme, OPPO and OnePlus brands. All of these companies have announced a revolution in energy recovery.
It was recently revealed that OnePlus is developing a fast charging standard. The 150/160W charger should join the Chinese empire, depending on rumors and certification. The latter indicates a solid 160 watts, which is slightly higher than Realme had planned – the GT Neo 3 should get a power supply of 150 watts.
The 160 watts will restore half the battery in about 5 minutes, so many users will be thrilled. In addition, the phone should get a very strong spec with a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 processor and a 50-megapixel camera (Sony IMX766) at the head.
