The MacBook Pro in this year’s version has “bangs” screens. Apple, however, probably forgot about it when developing the new version of macOS. This is evidenced by the lack of interface adaptation for the top panel, where some elements simply overlap the “bangs”.
This year, Apple decided to put MacBook Pro screens with “bangs” that housed the FaceTime camera. The company even recently praised its idea and explained the benefits of introducing such screens. But not everything was taken into account in doing so.
Changes to the screen require adjustments to the software interface. It was exactly the same with iOS when the iPhone X came out. However, it seems that when developing macOS Monterey, something was forgotten about this. This led to flaws like the ones shown below. See for yourself.
