Intel is getting ready to release the first XE-HPG graphics cards from the Arc line. However, the company has more far-reaching plans, and we know there are several more generations on the way. Codenames for GPUs that Intel is developing with future products in mind have surfaced on the Web.
Intel recently confirmed that its graphics cards will come to market under the Arc name. The first series, Alchemist, will get Xe-HPG GPUs. It is scheduled to premiere in the first quarter of next year. Meanwhile, the next generations will appear soon.
A slide has appeared on the web with information about the next Xe-HPG chips, as well as the full new generation, currently defined as X. These are Battlemage, Celestial and Druid.
